How do I pay for my wedding?
-We collect wedding payments on the wedding day. You are welcome to pay in advance. We accept cash and check ONLY.
Will the artist at my trial be the same person on the wedding day?
-Yes. There will be a lead artists appointed to your wedding. The trial day and wedding date will be the same stylist unless in the event the artist has COVID, in which a replacement artist will be sent.
When should I book my trial?
-We suggest booking a trial as soon as possible. Our weekends are FULLY booked May-mid November, so we ask that you book your trial End of November-April if you need a weekend date. If a Weekday is ideal, we are very flexible year round Tues-Thur and most Fridays (as long as we do not have a wedding already booked).
-You can book your trial 1 year in advance to 2 months in advance. There is not set requirement. Our team will take photos & notes to prepare to replicate the look on the wedding date.
What is too early to book my wedding?
-There is not time too early to book. We start booking 2 years in advance and become fully booked in peak season 6-12 months in advance.
How do I get my wedding hair and makeup timeline?
-A copy of the photographers timeline MUST be sent to the coordinator. Once we have that, we will finalize the services and create a detailed timeline for you to review. No changes can be made after 14 days prior to the wedding.
What if I don’t know who will be getting services on the wedding day?
-It is important to have as close to accurate count of services as possible when booking. We use this to determine how many stylists will be needed for the wedding day. Once we get completely booked, we won’t be able to add on large amounts of services last minute. (Example> If we expect 6 hair makeup, but then 4 more people end up wanting hair and makeup, we may not be able to accommodate everyone, depending on the staffing we have blocked off)
You can make minor changes though, so you’re not locked into the services 100% until closer to the wedding day. If one or 2 people need to add on or be taken off we can accommodate that no problem!
